Job summary

Pierce County Parks and Recreation is hiring a part-time Room Monitor for Frontier Park, Cross Park, and Meridian Habitat facilities. You will set up and tear down events, supervise attendees, and serve as the primary contact for renters.

Responsibilities include maintenance of space, safety checks, and timely paperwork after events. This temporary role supports community events and assists with providing excellent customer service while upholding county policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for groups renting and using the facility.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for events.
• Work with household type cleaning products and perform light janitorial tasks.
• Ensure facility is safe for all in attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service to those renting and using the facility.
• Complete appropriate paperwork following events.
• Work within the policies and procedures of the facility.
