Job summary

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is hiring Parking Garage Attendants to support the transition to ParkMobile paid parking and to assist patrons with app usage. You will ensure a welcoming and accessible experience, upholding ADA standards while promoting safety and security in the parking facility.

Responsibilities include assisting with ParkMobile operations, helping guests troubleshoot the app, coordinating with Security for incidents, and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and guests.
• Proficient in using app-based mobile technology on Apple and Android devices.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and day-to-day operation of the ParkMobile paid parking system.
• Assist patrons in using the ParkMobile app, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure a positive patron experience by offering courteous, informed assistance and adherence to ADA standards.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures while helping to maintain a clean and secure parking facility.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents in the parking garage and coordinate with Security personnel as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
