Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Parkinson’s Disease Senior Manager to maximize sales for the on-market PD portfolio across the Chicago, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and Minnesota regions. You will lead 6–8 Account Executives, build strategic partnerships with Movement Disorder Specialists and Neurologists, and drive education on product benefits and risks while aligning with labeled indications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; health/science/business field preferred.
Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
Ability to obtain HCIR credentials for entry into facilities in territory.

Responsibilities

Implement franchise goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet or exceed goals and to drive sales.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Top Movement Disorder Centers and key HCPs to educate on product benefits/risks.
Hire, coach, and mentor direct team members to enhance skills and franchise performance.
Collaborate with AE team to manage accounts and maximize resource utilization.
Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments relevant to Parkinson's Disease.
