Job summary

The Tass Lab at Stanford University’s Department of Neurosurgery is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support coordination of Parkinson’s disease studies. You will work with faculty to move research plans into clinical trials, manage device trials for neuromodulation, and assist PI-initiated projects involving adult subjects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of clinical research experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and IRB requirements is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and study enrollment goals.
• Manage data collection, reporting, and data analysis.
• Develop study schedules, track milestones, and assist with budgeting and invoicing.
• Supervise and mentor staff or students as assigned.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage IRB submissions.
