Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Parking Vault Cashier for the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center. You will securely handle, process, and reconcile parking revenue from cashiers, pay stations, and automated systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and solid communication. Part-time, hourly position with a focus on cash control during events; background checks and alcohol compliance training are

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic (adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing).
• Must complete Alcohol Compliance Training.
• Must pass a background check including a credit history report.

Responsibilities

• Controls and records all parking passes issued & returned to/from parking cashiers and supervisors.
• Plans, prepares, and monitors event cash & parking pass requirements.
• Controls, records, and balances inventory of parking passes kept on-hand. Request re-orders as needed.
• Counts event revenue and prepares cashier settlements after each event.
• Controls and monitors handhelds during events. Tracking any issues throughout the event(s).
• Communication with cashiers where required.
• Reports to Parking MOD (Manager on Duty) with collaboration with shift supervisors when applicable
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Other duties may be assigned based on staffing and event needs.

THE ROLE

Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Parking Vault Cashier. Responsible for or securely handling, processing, and reconciling all parking revenue collected from cashiers, pay stations, and automated systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, accountability, and compliance with company procedures at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Controls and records all parking passes issued & returned to/from parking cashiers and supervisors.
• Plans, prepares, and monitors event cash & parking pass requirements.
• Controls, records, and balances inventory of parking passes kept on-hand. Request re-orders as needed.
• Counts event revenue and prepares cashier settlements after each event.
• Controls and monitors handhelds during events. Tracking any issues throughout the event(s) i.e., passes not scanning, handheld connectivity issues, etc.
• Communication with cashiers where required.
• Reports to Parking MOD (Manager on Duty) with collaboration with shift supervisors when applicable
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Other duties may be assigned based on staffing and event needs.
