Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and up to 18 months of education or training beyond high school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years experience in electronic and equipment repair, and maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems/equipment.
• Must be able to handle cash and operate computer systems for data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation and maintenance of parking equipment and gates; program equipment as needed and perform electrical/mechanical repairs.
• Perform campus-wide gate operations, respond to on-call needs, and troubleshoot cash-handling equipment and pay stations.
• Receive and respond to emergency calls, enforce parking rules, assist in towing/unlocking vehicles, and support staff in daily operations.
