City of San Antonio is seeking a Shift Supervisor for City Facility Ambassadors to oversee a work shift and manage daily money collections at parking facilities in Center City. You will schedule staff, supervise and train employees, resolve customer issues, and ensure safe, orderly operation of parking areas.
The role requires strong communication and audit capabilities, plus willingness to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Under direction, is responsible for performing supervisory duties over an assigned work shift of City Facility Ambassadors. This position is also responsible for overseeing the daily collections of large amounts of money. Exercises direct supervision over assigned staff.
