Job summary

Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV seeks a Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field execution focused on parking structure, tilt-up, and heavy concrete operations. You will report to the Senior Superintendent and General Superintendent, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and per contract documents.

The role requires 7–10+ years in superintendent or field supervision, with direct experience on large-scale parking structures and tilt-up construction.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Direct experience with parking structures, tilt-up construction, and heavy structural concrete.
• Proven leadership of crews and subcontractors on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for cast-in-place concrete and parking structures.
• Maintain compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals.
• Coordinate with design-build contractor on placements, sequencing, and access.
• Identify constructability issues and develop solutions.
• Coordinate daily/weekly work plans and report progress to superiors.
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance; stop unsafe work.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA/site safety requirements.
