Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read signs and follow simple instructions.
• Pass a background check including credit history and meet corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card payments and mobile passes.
• Provide parking instructions and directions to guests.
• Assist customers with venue information and guidance at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
