Job summary

Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Parking Vault Cashier in the Parking department. The role handles, processes, and reconciles parking revenue from cashiers and automated systems at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, basic math skills, and the ability to adapt to event-driven schedules. Alcohol compliance training and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• Basic math skills essential.
• Must pass background and credit history checks.
• Alcohol Compliance Training must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Record all parking passes issued and returned.
• Plan and monitor event cash and parking pass requirements.
• Balance inventory of parking passes on-hand and reorder as needed.
• Count event revenue and prepare cashier settlements.
• Monitor handheld devices and address connectivity or scanning issues.
• Coordinate with cashiers and report to Parking Manager on Duty.
• Build positive client relationships.
• Perform other duties as needed.
