Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant in Jacksonville, FL to guide guests, direct vehicle flow, and assist with parking operations at the sports complex and convention center.

You will provide clear directions, manage parking-related tasks, and help ensure a safe, efficient guest experience during events and daily operations.

• Direct vehicles to available spaces using signals and lights
• Escort customers to their vehicles when needed
• Help patrons exit parking areas safely
• Offer directions to nearby highways or destinations

The Role

Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Parking Attendant. Responsible for providing parking instructions and assist guests at the Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information
• Places traffic cones and other event set-up materials under direction of supervisor
• Manipulate vehicles to take advantage of all spaces.
• Clean up debris from parking lot.
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
• Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
• Help customers locate their vehicles.
• Escort customers to their vehicles if needed.
• Help patrons exit parking garage safely.
• Give directions to the nearest highways or destination.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Six months' experience in a customer service environment preferred
