Preferred Parking is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on enforcing parking rules, issuing citations, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of lots and garages.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and prior customer service or facility operations experience. You must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries and payments.
• Enforce parking rules, issue tickets, and report incidents.
• Monitor traffic flow and operate entry/exit gates and ticket machines.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of parking areas.
