Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a Commercial Parking Manager to oversee daily operations of one or more facilities in Hawaii. You will manage staff, monitor revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance.

Reporting to the Commercial Parking Division, you will drive operational excellence, coordinate with hotel partners, and deliver timely performance reports across sites, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Candidates must pass and maintain a background check.
• No special certifications are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the main contact with each property and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: track site revenue, payroll, and expenses; support cost-control measures.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit and train hourly associates with clear performance goals.
• Communication and Reporting: provide weekly summaries and performance reports to leadership.
• Travel and Communication: occasional travel to oversee performance and launches.
