Job summary

SP+ in Tampa is seeking a Supervisor / Bookkeeper to support daily location operations, ensuring adherence to contract guidelines, company policies, and professional client relations. You will supervise day-to-day activities and assist with bookkeeping duties such as data entry and cash handling.

The role requires clear communication, reliability, and basic accounting knowledge, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Speaks clearly; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.
• Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.

• Required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and good vision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and spills.
• Substitute for any position, if necessary.
• Have knowledge of garage areas and surrounding streets.
• Complete other duties as needed.
