Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Porter to handle basic cleaning of the garage areas and deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. You will maintain facility equipment, manage waste, and assist with guest issues such as lock-outs and tire-related needs.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning checks, signage maintenance, assisting guests, and preserving confidentiality of guest information, with duties totaling 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and drug screen: must be at least 18 and pass.
• Work experience: 1–3 months related experience; customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of the garage entrances, waste receptacles, and signage.
• Maintain general garage cleanliness with cleaning tools and cleaning solutions.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide information about the area and attractions.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle customer information securely.
• Overall responsibilities sum to 100% of duties across shifts.
