Overview
Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles and other cities. We provide both self and valet parking services at surface lots and garages. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented parking office attendant to maintain our lot, ensure pricing accuracy, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and assist customers with products, promotions, or item locations. The role also involves responding to complaints, processing refunds or exchanges, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Location:
- Valley Presbyterian Hospital - 15107 Vanowen St, Van Nuys, CA 91405. Contact: Bessy at (818) 782-6600. Must be fully vaccinated (hospital requirement).
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 32 hours/week. Must be available to work all major holidays that fall on weekends.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated (2 shots + booster)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic for revenue and cash accounting
- Excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver’s license required
Note: Depending on the location, parking attendants may need to stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist guests professionally and courteously
- Drive guests' vehicles to designated parking spaces safely
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Inspect vehicles for damages before issuing claim tickets
- Record necessary information on tickets
- Secure all car keys
- Retrieve vehicles safely from designated areas
- Assist guests with opening/closing doors and other needs
- Be knowledgeable about the area, including directions and events
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
