Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. in Portland, OR seeks an Assistant Manager to lead and support parking operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on people management, policy execution, guest satisfaction, and profitability while coordinating with site managers and directors.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle are required; weekend availability is expected

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Prior parking or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parking policies meet standards while maximizing profitability and limiting exposure.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching and counseling across locations.
• Plan and direct special events and coordinate with other supervisors and directors.
• Respond to guest or vehicle issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with property management, Site Manager, customers, and guests.
• Lead shift briefings and staff meetings to ensure information flow.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and assist with scheduling and coverage.
• Oversee operations across multiple locations to support profitability.
