Overview
This position reports to the Manager of Parking & Mobility at State Farm Arena. The role involves coordinating and supervising both event parking and maintenance operations for the arena parking facility.
This position offers an hourly rate of $25.00-$26.00.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Manager of Parking & Mobility.
- Manage event-related tasks assigned by the Director and Manager of Parking and Transportation.
- Coordinate event setup, staff management, and supervise scheduled supervisors.
- Assist clients with event logistics and optimize facility use for various event types.
- Ensure event setups comply with client specifications, fire codes, and safety regulations.
- Enforce parking operations, including monthly and daily parking policies.
- Assess and recommend staffing levels for events.
- Serve as Lead Supervisor during event openings as scheduled.
- Maintain a customer service focus through teamwork and dedication to Oak View Group's mission and principles.
- Perform minor maintenance on PARCS systems, such as ticket jams and barrier gate repairs.
- Oversee maintenance efforts and coordinate staff accordingly.
- Manage inventory of parking equipment and communicate needs to the Parking Manager.
- Conduct safety checks and document results on OVG’s Safety Platform.
- Coordinate staff for special maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- Experience desired: 1-2 years in an event setting.
- Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
- Knowledge of parking best practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to anticipate problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Leadership skills with the ability to give clear, concise directions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to legally operate vehicles.
- Previous experience in event or parking operations is preferred but not required.
