Position Summary

This position will report to the Manager of Parking & Mobility of State Farm Arena. This role will coordinate and supervise both the event parking and maintenance operations for State Farm Arena Parking.

This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$26.00.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Manager of Parking & Mobility.
• Manage aspects of events assigned by the Director and Manager of Parking and Transportation.
• Be primarily responsible for event setup, staff coordination, and supervision of scheduled supervisors.
• Assist clients with event day logistics and suggest effective facility usage for specific event functions.
• Work with management to ensure events meet client specifications and comply with fire codes and safety regulations.
• Enforce parking operations, including monthly and daily parking.
• Recommend and evaluate staffing levels for events.
• Serve as Lead Supervisor, mainly for event openings.
• Perform duties with a customer service focus, emphasizing teamwork and dedication to Oak View Group's mission.
• Perform minor maintenance on all PARCS Systems (e.g., ticket jams, barrier gates).
• Oversee maintenance efforts and coordinate staff.
• Manage inventory of parking equipment and communicate operational needs to the Parking Manager.
• Conduct safety checks and document results on OVG’s Safety Platform.
• Coordinate staff for special maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience desired: 1-2 years in an event setting.
• Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
• Knowledge of parking best practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to anticipate problems and implement corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to legally operate vehicles.
