Responsibilities

• Monitor parking lot activity for valid payments and permits; issue notices when needed.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain a clean, orderly station.
• Complete shift reports, time cards, and incident reports accurately.
• Assist with safety, signage checks, and reporting of hazards or maintenance issues.
