Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a part-time Parking Lot Attendant in Seattle, WA. Pay is $23.00/hour with a slightly higher rate after 5:30pm. Flexibility on weekends is essential, and additional coverage may be needed outside your assigned route.

Responsibilities include inventory management of parking lots, issuing violations, and ensuring accurate shift reports. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have current vehicle insurance (proof required).
• Must be able to pass background check requirements.
• Must have your own personal vehicle.
• Must pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Inventory of parking lots and pay boxes.
• Change rates at pay stations and issue violations.
• Protect, patrol, and report incidents accurately.
• Complete shift reports accurately.
• Maintain a positive attitude.

Parking Lot Attendant – Part Time

Pay: $23.00/hour | After 5:30pm Pay: $24.75/Hour

Parking Lot Attendants needed in the following areas:

• Fremont
• U-District
• SODO
• Queen Ann
• Capitol Hill

Weekend flexibility is a must! Additional coverage may be required outside of your assigned route.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory of parking lots and pay boxes
• Changing rates at pay stations and issue violations as necessary
• Protect, patrol and report – accurate completion of incident reports
• Accurate completion of shift reports
• Maintaining a good "treat others as you want to be treated" attitude

Job Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have current vehicle insurance (proof required)
• Must be able to pass background check requirements pertaining to the position
• Must have your own personal vehicle
• Must pass drug screen
• Have the ability to communicate effectively and utilize technology
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
