Meijer is seeking entry-level Courtesy Team Members to support store operations, assist customers, and perform a variety of routine tasks across departments. This role offers weekly pay, a team member discount, 401(k) with company contributions, paid parental leave, paid education assistance, medical/dental/vision coverage, and development programs for advancement.

You will engage in cart retrieval, trash collection, basic cleaning, and coordination with service desks and departments; candidates

• Great listening and communication skills.
• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting while handling product or using various equipment.
• Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location. $15.00 - $15.00
