Job summary

Metro’s Parking and Loading Dock team at the Oregon Convention Center is hiring Parking and Dock Agents to greet vendors, coordinate service access, and keep traffic moving smoothly during events.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience are required, along with First Aid/CPR, AED, and Fire Extinguisher training within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess or obtain First Aid/CPR, AED, and Fire Extinguisher training within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and coordinate services for vendors, exhibitors, decorators, staff and clients.
• Direct traffic to appropriate bays and ensure access points remain clear.
• Verify exhibitor IDs and direct exhibitors to assigned halls.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to Check-In scheduling.
• Uphold facility policies and provide quality customer service.
