Job summary

LAZ Parking in Downtown Lincoln is seeking a Garage Custodian / Cleaner to maintain on-street parking equipment and perform housekeeping tasks to keep facilities in good working order. This full-time role is based in Downtown Lincoln and offers the shift from Thursday to Monday, 6am-2:30pm, with an hourly rate of $16.74/hr.

Applicants must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience and be willing to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid NE Driver's License with 2+ years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-street parking equipment and perform preventative repairs, housekeeping and janitorial duties.
• Walk assigned route daily and report maintenance issues.
• Paint meter poles, curbs and equipment as required.
• Clean and service parking equipment and elevator tracks/walls; periodic repainting of curbs.
• Special help may be required for events and storms.
