Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep garages and lots including curbs, stairs, walkways, elevators/tracks, expansion joints, and drive lanes.
• Wipe down handrails in stairs with approved cleaning supplies.
• Clean windows in structures with approved cleaning supplies.
• Empty trash cans and install new liners.
• Mop elevators, elevator landings and other areas as needed.
• Respond to service calls promptly and safely operate company vehicles when required.
• Perform regular structure and lot tours and paint touch ups as needed.
