Platinum Parking in Downtown Seattle is seeking a full-time Parking Facilities Maintenance Porter to support a friendly, service-driven environment. You will assist with cleaning, maintenance, and customer interactions Wed-Sun 7a-3p, and you must have your own transportation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenance position.
Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash collection, cleaning windows, blowing sidewalks, removing bird waste, removing graffiti, occasional parking payment management, and any basic cleaning duties)

• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL
