Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an Experienced Patrol Officer to monitor assigned parking areas in Spokane, WA, and enforce parking regulations. This role requires vigilance in hazardous conditions and the ability to issue warnings and citations as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up barricades, conducting facility security checks, and training new staff. A valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule are required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule is important.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 19 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Patrol an assigned area by vehicle or on foot to enforce parking rules.
• Write warnings and citations for illegally parked vehicles.
• Observe hazards and report conditions needing attention.
• Respond to abandoned vehicles and coordinate resolutions.
• Set up and remove barricades and temporary signs.
• Conduct security checks of parking facilities.
• Train new or temporary staff on PEO duties.
• Maintain company-issued equipment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
