The Car Park is hiring an Entry Level Parking Enforcement Officer in Tampa, FL. The role monitors street parking, lots, and structures to identify violations and issue citations while patrolling by car, bike, or on foot.

Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma, be at least 19, hold a valid driver’s license, and enjoy delivering friendly guest service. The position offers hourly pay of $18.00 with flexible full/part-time shifts and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor street parking, parking lots and structures to identify violations and write citations.
• Patrol assigned areas by vehicle or on foot to ensure compliance with parking regulations.
• Report hazards and issues such as missing signals or street markings needing repainting.
• Respond to abandoned vehicles and coordinate barricade/setup as needed.
• Provide safe, friendly guest service to parking patrons.
