Job summary

The Car Park in Asheville, NC is seeking a reliable Parking Ambassador to direct traffic, assist customers, and help maintain orderly parking operations across shifts.

You will handle entry/exit transactions, check equipment, count vehicles, screen permits, and deliver exceptional service in all weather conditions. Join a friendly team that values integrity, teamwork, safety, and opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow verbal/written directions.
• Ability to show up to work on time and on the required days.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
• Perform vehicle counts on location to prevent overfilling.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
• Screen parking lots for permits.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in restricted spots.
