Job summary

MADISON HOMES HOLDINGS is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer for the UPARK department to monitor assigned parking facilities, enforce regulations, issue notices, and maintain a visible presence that promotes safe and orderly parking operations. You will document violations with photographs, report safety concerns, and provide timely updates to management.

A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, along with strong observation and communication skills to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting and ticket issuance.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and patrol large parking facilities.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned parking facilities on foot or by vehicle.
• Enforce parking rules, regulations and company policies.
• Issue parking violation notices accurately, consistently and professionally.
• Document violations with photographs and detailed notes when required.
• Monitor parking lots for unauthorized parking misuse or safety concerns.
• Observe and report unusual activity, incidents or customer concerns.
• Report damaged signage, lighting, gates, payment equipment or other property requiring attention.
• Provide timely updates to management regarding conditions at assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate records of patrols, tickets issued, incidents, and observations.
• Respond courteously and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Follow company policies and applicable municipal bylaws.
