The Parking Cashier Supervisor is responsible for managing a parking lot by handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include ticket handling, guest payments, and ensuring safety and cash handling procedures are followed. The role involves working closely with team members, managers, and supervisors to maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cash transactions
• Organize cash and tickets, prepare control sheets
• Report overages/shortages, ensure adequate change
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure safety and security of cash and premises
• Assist guests courteously and resolve complaints
• Complete shift reconciliations and revenue drops
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety standards
• Report incidents or safety concerns immediately

Skills and Qualifications
