Cashiers are a crucial part of the parking facility operation, interacting daily with customers and team members. They are expected to exercise professionalism in their duties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of similar experience preferred

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Maintain high customer service standards
• Complete all company and airport customer service training
• Process transactions through the cashier terminal
• Accurately collect parking fees and make change
• Provide routine information to the public
• Verify retrievals (drops)
• Maintain records (tickets, logs, credit card tickets, etc.)
• Obtain supervisor approval for exception tickets with proper credentials
• Assist AVI customers
• Train new hires and maintain training checklist
• Keep booth clean and stocked with supplies
• Manage cash variances for the shift
• Direct traffic as needed
• Adhere to all safety training
• Perform other duties as assigned
