The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with parking inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing the correct information to resolve their issue, and ensure a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Schedule:

Thursday & Friday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $17.05 hour
