Job summary

Hudson and Associates, LLC is seeking a mature Booting Technician to assist in enforcing parking policies. You will support the Boot Officer with boot installation and release, ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.

The role requires good communication, dependability, and attention to detail, with responsibilities including reporting, documentation, and coordination with dispatch and administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class E Driver's License with clean record.
• At least 6 months of public-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Survey locations to ensure safety before boot installation.
• Ensure booting is performed safely alongside the Boot Officer.
• Notify Dispatcher via two-way radio when booting or releasing boots on scaffold vehicles.
• Complete reports for booted vehicles and stolen boots.
• Report hazards and document all dispatch/field activities.
• Assist administrative team with special projects (CSB).
• Complete paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Present daily reports on service performance.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
