Houston Booting LLC is seeking a motivated Booting Supervisor to lead field operations and support our enforcement team. You will supervise drivers, coordinate with property owners and law enforcement, and ensure parking policy compliance across Houston.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support booting crews during daily operations.
• Train and onboard new team members on procedures and local regulations.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance standards.
• Respond to escalated customer disputes professionally.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure policy compliance and quality control.
• Coordinate with management, law enforcement, towing companies, and property owners as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of enforcement activities.
• Ensure safety procedures and local laws are followed.
