BEST Crowd Management is hiring an Event Parking Attendant in Memphis, TN. You will help direct traffic, collect fees, and provide excellent customer service to event attendees in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

This part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure during busy events, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary).

• Experience in parking management or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attendees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays per event schedule.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide vehicles to parking areas to maintain traffic flow.
• Collect parking fees and issue tickets or receipts to attendees.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist attendees with inquiries.
• Monitor areas to enforce regulations and prevent misuse of spaces.
• Coordinate with event staff and security to ensure safety.
• Assist with traffic management during peak periods; coordinate with local authorities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
• Collect parking fees and issue appropriate tickets or receipts to event attendees.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking-related inquiries and directing them to available parking spaces.
• Monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces.
