Propark Mobility is seeking Parking Attendants (Non-Driving) in New Haven, CT, offering a pay rate of $17.93 per hour with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Shifts include mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include directing patrons, issuing tickets, processing exceptions, and completing daily paperwork. Expect professional customer service and willingness to perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Available Mornings, Evenings, Overnight.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers, recording required information.
• Process exception transactions per company policy.
• Complete daily shift paperwork with transaction counts and vehicle stats.
• Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer, including greetings and farewells.
• May perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by location management.
• Handle other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
