3CDC, the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation, seeks a Parking Attendant to operate and maintain parking facilities. You will provide direct customer service, perform janitorial tasks, and handle basic maintenance such as lighting and ticket systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in the checklist and maintain cleanliness of the garage areas.
• Walk the garage daily to note and correct maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances and exits and clean rails across all levels.
• Empty trashcans and replace bulbs as needed.
• Check gate arms, ticket spitters and gates for proper operation and time accuracy.
• Shovel, plow or blow snow at designated areas during winter as directed.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with or without supervision.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Manage, direct and assist traffic during events with higher volumes.
