Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company at Stratton is seeking a seasonal Parking Attendant for a part-time role. The position pays $20.00 per hour and requires helping guests with parking and shuttle movement throughout busy periods.

The recruit­ment period runs through December, with duties including directing traffic, supporting signage, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This role is indoor/outdoor, in cold conditions, and part-time seasonal.

Qualifications

• Must be 14+ years of age.
• Must be willing to work in cold climates.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parking lots for guest arrival
• Maintain appropriate signage, directional aids, barricades, cones, etc.
• Assist with traffic control as guests enter and exit parking lots
• Direct traffic into designated parking spaces
• Greet and assist guests while parking, boarding, and exiting shuttles
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

Parking Attendants are responsible for organizing parking lots and controlling how and where guests park as they arrive and leave the resort. This is a part-time seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
