Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company at Stratton is seeking a part-time seasonal Shuttle Driver for the Stratton Mountain Club. You will transport members, guests and colleagues to the Club, parking areas, and housing locations while ensuring safety and friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting with winter gear, answering guest questions, and maintaining shuttle safety during peak times. This role runs evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass driving record check.
• Must comply with all driver’s license restrictions.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Previous shuttle driving, preferred.

• Answer questions for guests
• Assist members with transporting winter sports equipment to and from the Club

POSITION SUMMARY

Stratton Mountain Club Shuttle Drivers are an important division of our resort team, transporting our members, guests and employees to the Stratton Mountain Club, resort parking lots, and designated employee housing locations. The SMC Shuttle Drivers are an extension of the resort brand and are vital in the role of creating extraordinary memories. This is a part-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
