SUMMARY

Efficiently park event customer cars in a quick, safe and courteous manner. Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 
   
   Check out necessary equipment such as shirts, flashlights, etc. at beginning of shift in order to perform key tasks
   
   


2. 
   
   Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have If necessary
   
   


3. 
   
   Efficiently and quickly direct customers into designated parking area
   
   


4. 
   
   Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers
   
   


5. 
   
   Control traffic in designated area as needed
   
   


6. 
   
   Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor
   
   


7. 
   
   Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor
   
   


8. 
   
   Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of Gillette Stadium
   
   


9. 
   
   Special projects and assignments as business dictates
   
   

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  
  High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  Ability to take direction

  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company
