Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a valet attendant in Santa Barbara to serve patients, visitors and faculty by parking and retrieving vehicles with careful attention to safety and efficiency. You will document any vehicle damage and process cash receipts in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Under supervision, the role emphasizes excellent customer service, prompt vehicle movement, accurate record-keeping and secure key handling in the underground parking facility near the campus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service standards as outlined by department policies and procedures.
• Issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting any prior vehicle damage.
• Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Collect and secure cash and issue receipts.
• Write down the license plate, make of car & exact location of where car is parked on valet ticket.
• Park vehicle in underground lot across the street.
• Tag keys and store in key box.

Salary Range: $26.94 - $32.19 / Hourly
