Job summary

The Car Park is seeking a Parking Ambassador to ensure smooth operation at a parking facility in Jacksonville. You will assist customers, handle entry/exit transactions, direct traffic, and maintain proper parking Lot operations.

Strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work in varying weather are essential. Join our team and help deliver excellent service across our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with entry/exit transactions and direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
• Conduct vehicle counts on location to prevent overfilling spaces.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by supervisor.
• Screen parking lots for permits and ensure equipment is operating.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and guide them as needed.
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Position or remove barricades to control parking in restricted spots.
