Job summary

The supervisor will provide direct leadership, ensure goals are met, drive guest satisfaction, and enforce park policies while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years leadership experience.
• Self-motivated, hands-on leadership style.
• Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Strong administrative, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook; willing to learn Optim8.
• Must work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Available to report to duty with limited advance notice.
• Good collaboration with other departments.
