City of Dallas parks are seeking a Park Ranger to help keep all parks, facilities and trails safe and welcoming. You will enforce rules, educate patrons, and coordinate with City departments to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities include site visits, monitoring reservations via RecTrac, issuing citations, assisting with homeless relocation per policy, delivering customer service, attending events, and generating daily reports to track observations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of park and recreation experience or related park ranger duties.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site visits to monitor facilities for violations and safety issues.
• Research and monitor athletic field reservations in RecTrac; resolve disputes and ensure proper use.
• Issue and deliver citations for park rule violations.
• Educate and coordinate with outreach programs including homeless services as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and information to park patrons.
• Create and share daily reports documenting observations and actions.
