San Bernardino County Regional Parks is seeking Park Ranger IIs to support the construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of grounds, equipment, and facilities. The role also involves informing the public about park features and regulations, maintaining order and safety, and coordinating use of park facilities.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of related experience with direct public contact, strong communication and cash-handling skills, and the ability to operate maintenance tools

Competenze

• One year of full-time equivalent experience in construction, retail, parks, project management or customer service with direct public contact.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use tools and maintenance related vehicles.
• Experience in cash handling and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to enforce park rules and promote public relations.
• Valid California Class C driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
