Oregon Parks & Recreation Department seeks a Park Ranger 2 at Harris Beach State Park to protect and maintain park lands, resources, and structures. The role involves hands-on work in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscape tasks, with focus on interpretation and resource restoration.

You will support the Harris Beach Management Unit, work with a dedicated team, and contribute to safe, welcoming parks for visitors across Oregon.

Qualifications

• Four years of visitor services experience or maintenance experience.
• Associate degree plus 2.5 years of visitor services or maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of visitor services or maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Protect, maintain, operate, and repair park lands, resources, structures, and systems.
• Demonstrate skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and landscape tasks.
• Support the Harris Beach Management Unit and related sites; work with a team.
