Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Parks and Recreation or related discipline.
• One year of experience with parks and recreation programming or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates seasonal staff schedules and monitors work.
• Assists with reservations, collects revenue, and maintains records.
• Responds to public inquiries and explains park rules and regulations to guests.
• Controls park access, including opening/closing and gate monitoring.
• Records fees and visitor information.
• Assists in park store operations, inventory, and maintenance tasks.
• Patrols park grounds for security and safety and operates County vehicles.
