County of Kauaʻi is seeking a Park Security Officer I to patrol public parks, preserve order, and enforce park ordinances. You will provide information on park facilities and assist with safety and incident reporting.

Compensation can include up to an additional 32% depending on work schedules, potentially increasing monthly earnings to as much as $5,148.00. The position is Civil Service with a 7 days/week shift schedule.

Formación

• A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school.
• One year of general work experience.
• Six months in enforcement of security regulations or protection of property.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol parks to preserve order and safety.
• Enforce park regulations and issue citations.
• Assist visitors and provide park information.
• Prepare reports of patrol activities and incidents.
