Qualifications

• Four years of experience in park maintenance, operation, or related field with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to read and understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, implement, evaluate, and supervise park maintenance projects and related facilities.
• Inspect landscapes and buildings to identify repairs and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and assess labor and material needs.
• Coordinate logistics for programs, events, and permits; supervise staff and ensure safety requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, requisitions, and keep inventory updated.
• Lead meetings, communicate plans, and report progress to management.
